Office Setup & Relocation Support for Companies
Finding the right office is only the beginning. Many tenants then face the stressful fit-out stage, where appointing one ID firm to “do everything” may be convenient but can blur cost transparency. We bridge this gap independently and act in the client’s interest: after design approval, we help define the work scope, obtain comparable contractor quotations, and review pricing on an apple-to-apple basis. The appointed contractor liaises with building management, while we coordinate the overall process like a conductor—understanding how each part should come together, guiding the flow, and helping tenants achieve clearer choices, better cost control, and a smoother move-in without us acting as contractors.
Prime Residential Landlord representation
Finding the right tenant is only the beginning. For many prime residential investment landlords, the real challenge is maintaining regular rental income while managing tenant suitability, market pricing, lease terms, handover matters, tenancy works, and follow-through. As most tenancies run for two to three years, a professional tenant-landlord relationship is important, especially when issues arise over lease covenants, repairs, use of premises, or other tenancy obligations. We act in the landlord’s interest by guiding the leasing process carefully, qualifying prospects, advising on practical rental expectations, and helping arrange suitable contractors for tenancy works before handover so landlords can have a load taken off their shoulders. Our role is to reduce uncertainty, protect the landlord’s time, and help keep the property productively tenanted with steady rental income and careful follow-through.
