We have more than 20 years of experience administering tenancy-agreements. The work we do are solving matters arising mainly from Landlord-Tenant residential Tenancy Agreement. Landlord or property owners will appoint us as his agent to manage their Tenancy throughout the term. Many of these property owners are holding their assets as an investment yielding rental incomes monthly. It is important to note that we are not a trained lawyer but with so many tenancies deal we have done over the years. The vetting of sets of Tenancy Agreement in day-to-day work has becoming so routine in our lease administration work. We and our agents has become so familiar with the clauses and covenants not only explaining to clients the meaning of each clause, but we are able to quote a real scenario. Above all there are important clauses and covenants in the contract that we could highlight and identify any strange or unfair wordings as we are very familiar with a fair-content of these clauses and covenants.


Our knowledge in building construction & maintenance works surely come handy. Most of building repairs and maintenance works are being carried out by a contractor or individual tradesman. The skill we possessed and the connections with tradesman and contractors are becoming handy to get works done during the tenancy thus this ensures compliance on the each contracting parties’ covenants. Such knowledge surely renders cost saving to building owner as we can compare quotes for an informed decision.

It is important that this relationship stay healthy through out the term of the tenancy. Many issues are not quite simple & straight forward, without any this could create unnecessary tension in Landlord-Tenant relation.

The culture how landlord especially individual property owners of a Chinese descent in Singapore differs from rest of the world.
