The owner hereby gives consent for the estate agency (cavalier real estate) to MARKET or create awareness with advertisement using printed advertising to local or any foreign media and / or using internet media including any property portal available on the internet or posting on own company’s website or posting in any social medias available on the internet including any search engines.  The decision to post or placement of the advertisement shall be done at the estate agency’s own discretion.

The owner understood that cavalier real estate is conducting business under the licensing authority of the Republic of Singapore (CEA). Should any person be submitting this information NOT as or in the capacity of the Legal Owner; it is presumed that consent is obtained prior to the submission of the property information.
